Dear Mr. Secretary,
In January, I wrote to you that a new paradigm is needed at the National Institutes of Health one that would reward companies that find cures for diseases. You were kind enough to forward my letter to the NIH and I am in receipt of their incredible response that the NIH does not have the "resources" to act as the referee for such an endeavor.
We have been helping people cure their occlusive cardiovascular disease (aka heart disease) ever since Linus Pauling told us how on video back in 1992. As per the enclosed Press Release, it has been our experience that the Pauling protocol is close to 100% effective, even in cases as advanced as Fenlason. The most interesting thing about the Fenlason case, is that unlike most people who access our web site, Jeff had not tried any other alternative modality. This provides a clear picture of the benefit of the Pauling therapy.
There are scores of physicians now who are interested in running clinical studies that corroborate what they are noticing in the clinical practices. The NIH under your predecessors turned our grant proposals down - twice! Given the fact that occlusive cardiovascular disease is such a killer, would it not be wonderful if the Thompson NIH was able to verify and announce the end to this scourge on humankind before your term expires? We are seeking your help in fast-tracking our upcoming grant proposal.
Yours Truly,
Owen R Fonorow
